It provided a great base to explore the surrounding area, with options for walking, cycling, and visiting castles. The staff, especially the night shift and breakfast lady, were friendly and helpful. We had a great city break in this lovely hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful - always willing to assist with any query. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, close to all the key attractions and transportation routes. The breakfast options were impressive and we were always satisfied with the delicious food. Additionally, the free Wi-Fi was a very convenient bonus.
There were some aspects that were disappointing. The room rates were quite high for the type of hotel we were staying in, and we were surprised that there were no kettles in the rooms. The lunch and dinner options in the hotel's restaurant were pricey, so we chose to dine elsewhere. Furthermore, the shower doors did not close properly which led to water leakage and inconvenience during our stay.

The location of the hotel was excellent, situated in a charming town with plenty of local attractions nearby. the staff, especially the night shift and breakfast lady, were helpful and accommodating. the breakfast spread was impressive, especially the self-cooking eggs station which added a unique touch to the dining experience.
One major drawback was the lack of tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms. It would have been convenient to have this option readily available.

The location was perfect for our group of friends, as we could go walking and cycling in the breathtaking countryside. The staff were super friendly and made us feel right at home. The rooms were totally updated and had all the essentials we needed. Plus, the breakfast was off the charts with a killer buffet that fueled us up for our adventures!
If there was one thing we'd ask for, it would be a bit more excitement for young party-goers. Maybe a lively bar or some cool events to amp up the fun factor.
